First and foremost I am an athlete who loves to compete not only with others but with myself each day to lead the athletes I train by example. I came to Utah on a football Scholarship to play running back at WSU, where I played under coach Ron Mcbride and had the opportunity to serve the team as a 2 year captain. During my 4 years at WSU I majored in Human Performance which the study of human movement, adaptions, and anatomy. Directly after graduating I went on to work at BASICS sports medicine as a trainer, eventually got the opportunity to be the head trainer and program for all of the facilities while running the BASICS out of Salt Lake City. I also earned the experience of sending a few athletes to the NFL through pro day/NFL combine training and trained the WSU Womens volleyball team, WSU womens basketball, WSU womens soccer during their summer strength and conditioning. Not only focusing on athletes at the collegiate and professional level, I spent most of my time developing young Jr. High and High school aged athletes into faster, stronger and more athletic versions of themseleves. As of March 2012, I've had the opportunity to be part owner of my own facility and give rise to Apex Performance Center where I hope to bring a service that will better the athletes all through Davis county and the surrounding area's in hope that it will help them achieve their goals in pursuit of athletics and much more.
