GamesLab: Warmup - 3 Rounds of Cindy.

WOD: Row 50cal for time. Rest as needed. Run 800m on LHS track for time.

Practice 2 handed clean & jerk. Likely combo's are Jesse/Evan & we're not sure with the girls yet. Girls coordinate w/each other for best time to practice. I'd like to have all 3 of you there.

Nope! Kurtis does strongman and that used to a popular lift back in the day. Should be fun.

    See where you are with your 20 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, vertical jump and broad jump. These are tests used universally in sports in general that can paint a clear picture on ones particular strengths and weakness's and where improvements must be made in order to become a better athlete at your chosen sport!
