I wasn't able to make it to the gym today, but did the OHS wod at the rec center.
Didn't feel safe going over 75#, since I was not allowed to bail on the weight (grr), but think I might have been able to do this one RX (80#) had I been at Wasatch.
Did all double-unders though!
Time:
8:16
75#
By the way...I tried doing pull-ups as part of my warm-up today and could NOT do a single one. The broken blister on my hand was so tender, I could not even hang from that hand.
If I am able to sneek into the gym tomorrow, I'm hoping I am able to do pull-ups. If not, this may be the first challenge I will skip.
Carol - Adam.....how are your hands??

Maria, Nice job on the overhead squat wod! We did the same weight and you beat me by 11 seconds, you must have surpassed my double-unders while I was at home eating Bon-bon's through the holidays.! I'm happy for you, really i am ...(GRRR! ;)
My hands were pretty tender when i did Fran this morning, I added two new blisters to my 5 already existing ones, I think that has to be some kind of record right?? (..and the award for female with the most manly hands goes to...)
Unfortunately my Fran time wasn't what I hoped it would be, I feel pretty worn out. Think I better take tomorrow off.
