As it stands we have 20 women's slots and 15 male slots left. At this time we are opening the women to scaling. On the fence about registering? Here's what you need to be able to do to enter the competition as a scaled competitor.
# 1 - Have entered this world as a female
# 2 - Deadlift 133lbs
# 3 - Finish "Fran" as Rx'ed
# 4 - Overhead Squat 53# for reps
Jumprope Alert: I've ordered 20 jump-ropes of varying styles which I'll have available for sale at the event. There is no guarantee whatsoever that we'll have a jumprope for you. Be sure to have your own!!!! Let your friends know.
