10 am Saturday (Free!) Bring a friend & come see what Crossfit is all about. Workouts are typically performed in a team format on Saturdays.
Requirements for all membership packages
The first step is to schedule an intro session. At the intro session you'll be taken through our warmup, do a scaled version of a Crossfit workout, and a trainer will complete a fitness assessment with you. At this point we'll either recommend our 6 week Crossfit Boot Camp as an on-ramp to the Crossfit daily workouts or you'll be required to complete 3-5 private sessions prior to joining the group classes.
The Crossfit Boot Camp or the private sessions are essential to learn the fundamental movements and exercises that will be needed to safely perform workouts and classes. Our first priority is safety and competency in the 9 basic movements of Crossfit and our commitment is that you can execute the fundamentals prior to upping your intensity.
General information about classes
Classes are roughly 45 minutes to one hour in duration. Most classes will begin with a warm up, then lead to an overview of certain crossfit skills and movements used in the day's workout. The workout of the day will then be performed.
