Differently than what many think training to be able to fight doesn't have to be violent. You can choose whether or not you want so spar or have physical contact. In training you'll increase your quality of
life and achieve an elite fitness level. You'll learn effective self defense while getting working diverse muscle groups and getting an excellent aerobic and anaerobic workout.
You'll be constantly moving and kicking while training. You'll learn to strike effectivley and increase your resistance to fear and pain. During class we work all the muscular groups of the legs and glutes. When punching you work the shoulders, all dorsal muscles, your pectorals, abs, triceps
and also the biceps. While training kickboxing at Hybrid Martial Arts you'll learn to attack and defend while preparing yourself physically for anything life may throw at you. Although
kickboxing is traditionally thought of as masculine it's equally effective and fun for women and children for fast efficient results. I constantly try and get my friends to come tomy kickboxing class but they keep saying they're afraid of getting their asses kicked! Even when tell them people will go easy on you! They seem to like my slamman though!
