There have been ajdustments to the training schedule!! For the next few months it should look like this!
Monday/Wednesday/ Friday: Strength Training 4:30 Pm (12 year old & up! Male & Female class)
Tuesday/Thursday: Speed and Agility 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 PM (Schedule with Coach)
Saturday: 10AM Make up session for speed/agility/strength (Schedule with Coach)
Summer Schedule will go into affect June 3rd 2013!!
Youth Speed and Agility: 9:00 AM (Monday/ Wednesday)
Jr. High/ High School Speed training: 10:30 AM (Monday/Wednesday)
Jr. High / High School Strength Training: 11:30 AM (Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday)
