The time of year when school lets out, freedom is celebrated, and jobs and money are on most high school students minds. This time of year however is also when most gains are made for the athletes pursuing the proper training and commitment. This summer if you are a young male or female athlete looking to make gains in either Speed and Agility or Strength training and set your self a part from your peers you should consider joining us at Apex. Our training will help athletes peak for their fall sports and help athletes gain the strength, speed and power necessary to increase performance and also durability. The schedule will operate in the morning hours on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's with our Youth Speed and Agility at 9:oo AM (Monday/Wed. only)
Jr.High/High School Speed and Agility class starting at 10:30 AM(Monday/Wed. only) and our Jr. High/ High School Strength class beginning at 11:30 AM (Monday, Wed., Fri.).
