Saturday June 16th we will hold a free speed session day!! All athletes welcome. We will meet inside Apex and then head outdoors for the class. It will be held at 8AM! Male and Female athletes welcome Junior High and High School. Come to learn, compete and see how a speed training session goes here at Apex!!
Interested athletes need just to show up, and try to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a participation waiver.
