How do you get faster???
The answer is quite simple really, you increase stride length and stride frequency. Think about it. If we can change the structure of your stride length and allow you cover more ground per stride without taking away how often and how fast your foot strikes the ground, will you not cover more ground quickly? Yes you will. Or how about if we can allow you to take the same stride length, yet increase the frequency in how often your foot strikes the ground per second, would you not cover more ground quickly? Yes you would.
So put into simple terms we have 2 options to make you faster, and you will run faster by increasing one or the other not necessarily both at the same time. However, if an athlete can train properly and increase both stride frequency and stride length at the same time, they will increase their ability to cover ground that much faster.
Now the only question is, how do you increase your stride length and stride frequency??
You get signed up and train at Apex.
