It's official We are open!

Opening day was great!! We got to witness a world record box jump by Ryan Moody at 61 inches.....ridiculous! And we had a great turn out of people wanting to see the services we offer and get started! Now that we are officially open it is time to get started with the training; bigger, stronger, faster and more explosive will be the goal. We will achieve this through hard work, great programming and commitment. How are you preparing for your upcomming season? Don't wait to get signed up, your slot will be filled.
