push ups "NICOLE"
run 400 meters/push ups to failure
20 min AMRAP
run two laps around the track, do as many push ups as possible once you fail you stand up and run two laps around the track again,come back in and push up to failure. repeat this until 20 minutes expires. Your score is total number of push ups completed in the 20 minutes
