Is something coming that we don't know about, only a few weeks to reach our goals? That sounds foreboding; like the end is near, or the sky is falling.


hahaha, no I had you guys set goals to master your "chink in your armor" or your greatest weakness. The objective was to work on it until the end of Aug.. Smart @ss :)

How do I get started?

  • Class Sign in Here!
    Athletes must sign in 24 hours prior to the class they are attending. If the class is full, give us a call or sign up for the next available slot.

  • Assessment
    See where you are with your 20 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, vertical jump and broad jump. These are tests used universally in sports in general that can paint a clear picture on ones particular strengths and weakness's and where improvements must be made in order to become a better athlete at your chosen sport!
