KB swing standard is arms have to break parallel to the floor, no higher. Want to give the shoulders a rest for later this week.

About the kettlebell penalty. Hypothetically, if while someone was gripping the kettlebell, and if the layers of loose skin from 100 pullups from the day before suddenly came off, launching the kettlebell into the air, would there hypothetically, still be a burpee penalty??

That hypothetical person could substitute 2lb curls and side crunches.
