How do I get started?
- Class Sign in Here!
Athletes must sign in 24 hours prior to the class they are attending. If the class is full, give us a call or sign up for the next available slot. 
- Assessment
See where you are with your 20 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, vertical jump and broad jump. These are tests used universally in sports in general that can paint a clear picture on ones particular strengths and weakness's and where improvements must be made in order to become a better athlete at your chosen sport! - Apex Training Packages

First 5k completed it in about 30 minutes and some change felt great to be able to run this.

Nice work everybody! You'll be excited to do the same WOD we did today this coming Monday. It was great having Erin here, we can't wait to bring what we learned back to WCF.
