Last weeks programming was pretty tough
But every athlete pushed through it, some much to their surprise!
Michelle really shined when she was the only
person to complete the entire WOD Friday at the 4:30 class.
That's what makes Crossfit so addictive is the
rush we get when we achieve
what we never thought ourselves capable of.
Have you experienced that rush?

Then 3 rounds for time of:
12 PULL UPS
12 TIRE FLIPS
250m ROW
* to scale tire flips: two-three people flip a tire together
(whatever it takes to get it done safely and efficiently)

We're off to CrossfitVB today to do "Nasty Girls." Hopefully I can do a little better than last time. My paleo + 3x/day ice cream diet is slowly thickening me up so we'll see how the muscle ups go. We miss everybody, wish the Salt Lake was actually the Chesapeake bay, didn't stink, and was fun to swim in. Sigh:)

We need to find a tire that is somewhat smaller than the two we have. I'd love to be able to do x-number of tire flips without needing another pair of hands/legs to assist! I know...I'm a weakling, but I'm working on it.
