Last time we did the Fran competition it was so fun. Looking at all the comments all day and the sick feeling in your stomach as you try to prepare for what is to come. Good luck, and may the pukie can not be too far away for those who need it.

Becca

last night was so cool to see all lot of our newer crossfitters try out their first FGB. Everyone was pushing it to their limits and cheering each other on. Good luck to those who are doing Fran today!

Sherry

I liked (I use that term loosely) this workout, I hope we do it again soon now that I have the first one under my belt. I know where I need work and I know where I could have pushed it more (or at least today I think I could have pushed harder!). Thanks Priscilla, for all the encouragement and coaching!

Nolan

Good luck guys, we're looking forward to the competition. Damon, I think we're pretty evenly matched on this one... I wish we could go head to head!

Maria

Check out Crossfit Kid's site (crossfitkids.com) and see who is on today's photo!
Way to go Justin!

  • Assessment
See where you are with your 20 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, vertical jump and broad jump. These are tests used universally in sports in general that can paint a clear picture on ones particular strengths and weakness's and where improvements must be made in order to become a better athlete at your chosen sport!
