Hey. Glad to see Utah is picking up a good habit. I have been training with Crossfit for a while now and love it. I had no idea you were in business. Give me some details! I live in Bountiful and train at the local rec center. Please give me some info on your gym.

How do I get started?

  • Class Sign in Here!
    Athletes must sign in 24 hours prior to the class they are attending. If the class is full, give us a call or sign up for the next available slot.

  • Assessment
    See where you are with your 20 yard dash, 20 yard shuttle, vertical jump and broad jump. These are tests used universally in sports in general that can paint a clear picture on ones particular strengths and weakness's and where improvements must be made in order to become a better athlete at your chosen sport!
