Welcome to Weber Crossfit

 

Come join us as we celebrate the opening of Utah's newest Crossfit Affiliate.  Weber Crossfit is the only Crossfit in Utah to be partnered with a major University, include PT & Elite speed & agility training on-site, and to be overseen by a PhD in Exercise science. 

Our Grand Opening will include free Crossfit workouts to try, giveaways, as well as the opportunity to meet our staff and experience the WCF difference.

air squats
as many reps as possible for 20 seconds, then 10 second rest, 8 rounds for each of the three movements. your score is the lowest number of reps you do in an increment of 20 seconds.

14 box jumps
21 sit ups

push ups "NICOLE"
run 400 meters/push ups to failure
20 min AMRAP

run two laps around the track, do as many push ups as possible once you fail you stand up and run two laps around the track again,come back in and push up to failure. repeat this until 20 minutes expires. Your score is total number of push ups completed in the 20 minutes
